  • The Account Manager will be an integral part of our sales team, executing sold campaigns and working as the main liaison between the content and sales team.
  • Manage the lifecycle of the entire client experience from pre-sale, campaign launch and recap while identifying upsell opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • 4-6 years of account management/client success experience
  • Podcast, YouTube, social media, and/or Sports media experience a plus
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in client-facing roles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.)
  • Ability to work out of the NYC HQ in Midtown Manhattan 5 days per week
