Job Summary
Stewards are responsible to clean small wares, utensils, and kitchen supplies, keep area, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitary, and maintain safe and sanitary working conditions for kitchen personnel.
Responsibilities include keeping all dishes, small wares, and utensils cleaned, organizing and maintaining proper inventory of small wares, utensils, and cleaning supplies and equipment, and cleaning and properly maintaining working areas and equipment in the kitchen.
This position requires the ability to lift, move, and carry at least 25 pounds and may require work inside or outside of the building as needed by events.
