Job Summary

  • Participate in the preparation of board of directors' and specialized committees' files, and assist legal counsel in updating the semi-annual report.
  • Contribute to research and benchmarks on topics related to governance and executive compensation, as part of the preparation of the universal registration document and governance and CSR roadshows.
  • Assist in the initial work of updating the corporate governance report and in operations concerning investments and divestments in listed companies, and capital operations.
