Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to provide respiratory care including therapy, management, rehabilitation, and diagnostic evaluation to patients with pulmonary system issues.
The respiratory therapist must adhere to facility policies, perform patient assessments, plan and implement care, and report changes in patient respiratory status to appropriate personnel.
Confidentiality of patient information and compliance with safety, emergency, and infection control procedures are critical components of this role.
