The role requires assisting residents with personal care functions including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance while maintaining a calm environment.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in resident condition
Maintain confidentiality of protected health information
Perform lifting and moving of residents up to 25 pounds
Record data on notes, SPAs, and incident reports
Follow established policies for blood/body fluid exposure

Cooperate with inter-departmental personnel
