Key Requirements

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Economics, or related field
  • Experience in process mapping, Value Stream Mapping, customer journey design, or operating model analysis
  • Interest or exposure in Automation (RPA) or AI/GenAI initiatives
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience leading or coordinating teams or projects
