Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for the implementation, execution, and monitoring of the operational plans, programs, and projects to meet overall contractual and shipyard objectives.
This position will initiate and lead project oversight, trades, trade manning levels, profitability, schedule, safety, and quality with the assistance of other support departments.
Salary is negotiable $150-200K, bonus, relocation assistance, company vehicle, medical, dental and retirement.
