Job Summary
Conducts practical, community-based educational programs to empower individuals, families, & communities in the area of nutrition, family well-being, health, food safety, & economic self-sufficiency.
Develops and executes an annual action plan based on identified issues and personal observations, plans, delivers, and teaches educational programs, demonstrations, and activities.
Employs effective evaluation techniques to measure the impact of county FCS and 4-H programs and compiles and communicates program results to relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in family & consumer sciences or related field
Must have transportation for use on the job with liability insurance
Must agree to a background check authorizing release of relevant Arkansas Child Abuse & Neglect Central Registry records
Ability to speak & write clearly & communicate ideas effectively
Ability to work long, irregular hours & travel frequently
Ability to conduct & plan programs & work with all clientele regardless of protected status
