Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred
  • 3 months experience as a nursing assistant OR EMT OR Surgical Technologist in the past 3 years OR Completed UAP Program within past 3 years OR Completed fundamentals of nursing course with clinical OR Must have Missouri CNA License OR MO CNA license must be obtained within 120 days of hire
  • BLS must be obtained within 90 days
