Level 2/3 enterprise application support
ITIL processes and service management
Troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
ServiceNow administration and ITSM processes
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams
Application health and performance monitoring

Agile methodologies and cross-functional delivery
SAP or SuccessFactors exposure
Proactive and technically strong professionals

Key Requirements
Australian Citizen
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
ITIL or ServiceNow certifications (highly regarded)
Experience in large-scale or regulated environments
