Job Summary

• The Temporary Grant Project Student Development Assistant (SDA) in the Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP) will be responsible for supervision, communication, mentorship support, programming, and administrative duties.
• Responsibilities include serving as a point of contact for scholars, tracking attendance, providing technical assistance, chaperoning events, enforcing program rules, mentoring a group of ten scholars, and assisting with registration and check-in/out.
• This is a temporary grant-funded position from May 2026-July 2026 requiring shift work, including some evenings and weekends, with approximately two overnight on-call shifts per week.
