Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to apply intensive knowledge of engineering principles to solve complex problems and advance Integer's technological capabilities.
  • You will serve as a subject matter expert, leading cross-functional teams and providing supervision for up to 4 to 5 technicians and associate engineers.
  • The role requires embedding Quality within the Engineering discipline by ensuring adherence to the Quality Management System and contributing to the journey to 5 Sigma.
