Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
3+ years leading software development lifecycle projects
Experience managing staffing and personnel forecasting
Ability to solve complex technical problems
Nice-to-have
Experience with space-based or ground-based systems
Familiarity with Java, C++, and Python full stack development
Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Agile practices
Background in systems engineering or complex IPT management
Understanding of embedded FPGA and control systems
Key Requirements
Active US Top Secret security clearance
One year leadership experience or internal course completion
3+ years managing teams formally or informally
US Citizenship required for export control compliance
