Job Summary

  • Provides legal advice and counsel within IQVIA’s Research and Development Solutions (“R&DS”) and Real-World Solutions (“RWS”) Business Units on a global basis.
  • Acts as navigator/triage support for complex contracting escalations and development of novel strategic business offerings, including data privacy and rights frameworks.
  • Offers support with the protection and commercialization of IQVIA’s software and other intellectual property assets.
