The Vice President is accountable for the development, deployment, and execution of the Quality strategy for the Cell Therapy Development and Operations organizations globally.
This role leads a large organization of site and above site Quality professionals across multiple locations including Summit NJ, Seattle WA, and Leiden NE.

Base: $381,440 - $462,213 annually; Bonus/Equity: Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities available; Benefits: Comprehensive health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and wellbeing programs
