Must-have
Master's degree in STEM or related field
8-10 years of Information Systems experience
Proficiency in R and Python programming
Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms
Experience with statistical techniques and hypothesis testing
Knowledge of US pharmaceutical ecosystem and claims data
Nice-to-have
AWS Developer certification preferred
Python and ML certification preferred
3-5 years pharmaceutical industry experience
Experience with Databricks platform and MLOps
Knowledge of NLP for text analysis
Ability to work effectively with global virtual teams
Key Requirements
Master's degree in computer science, statistics, or STEM majors
Minimum 8 years of Information Systems experience
Bachelor's degree with minimum 10 years of Information Systems experience
Hands-on experience with claims and prescription data sets
Proven track record in leading data science projects
