Job Summary
The Preconstruction Estimator supports the development, coordination, and validation of construction cost estimates for capital projects across the portfolio.
The incumbent works closely with the Preconstruction and Design & Construction teams and external consultants to assist in preparing conceptual budgets, detailed take-offs, cost analysis, and bid evaluations.
