Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this job is to assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing facility's social service programs to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents in achieving the highest practicable level of self-care, independence and well-being, and providing consultation to staff and community agencies.
  • Health benefits are offered to Full-Time Employees, including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K, with a pay wage of $23/HR DOE.
