Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Non-Destructive Evaluation Level II certification
  • Experience with Eddy Current, UT, or PT methods
  • Ability to inspect advanced aerospace materials
  • Hands-on experience with portable digital NDT equipment
  • Knowledge of NAS410 / EN4179 standards

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in LEAN thinking and Kaizen implementation
  • Familiarity with AWS/ASME and ASTM standards
  • Background in composite carbon fiber parts inspection
  • Experience with high strength aluminum alloys and Inconel
  • Willingness to participate in continuous improvement

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience setting up and conducting NDT tests
  • NAS410 / EN4179 Level II certification in ET, PT, or UT
  • Associates' Degree in Aviation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
  • Eligible for employment in the US without sponsorship
