Must-have
Non-Destructive Evaluation Level II certification
Experience with Eddy Current, UT, or PT methods
Ability to inspect advanced aerospace materials
Hands-on experience with portable digital NDT equipment
Knowledge of NAS410 / EN4179 standards
Nice-to-have
Experience in LEAN thinking and Kaizen implementation
Familiarity with AWS/ASME and ASTM standards
Background in composite carbon fiber parts inspection
Experience with high strength aluminum alloys and Inconel
Willingness to participate in continuous improvement
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years experience setting up and conducting NDT tests
NAS410 / EN4179 Level II certification in ET, PT, or UT
Associates' Degree in Aviation, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
