Job Summary

  • Responsible for establishing and managing all project documentation and information systems throughout construction project lifecycle, ensuring accurate document control, PMIS administration, and data integrity to support efficient project delivery.
  • Administer and optimize PMIS platforms (Procore, Aconex, BIM 360, or similar), configure system modules, manage user access, and provide training to project teams.
  • Support project closeout including as-built documentation and O&M manuals, and conduct regular audits of document control processes.
