Job Summary

  • Energetically recruit, develop, lead, and retain a diverse team of consultants supporting Workday’s Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking and/or Finance products.
  • Drive team and individuals to provide the best customer satisfaction in the industry to deliver on customer satisfaction, references, revenue utilization, and margin objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have a mix of product/program management, Finance, HR or Payroll consulting, deep domain expertise in Finance, HR, Payroll and people management skills with a strong working knowledge of professional services as it relates to enterprise software.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of functional experience with Payroll or Financials
  • 5+ years of experience leading consulting teams
  • Experience implementing or working with Workday, SAP, Oracle, Taleo, PeopleSoft, ADP, UKG or similar applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish and English
