Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the RN Supervisor is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty.
Essential duties include coordinating and participating in resident care, managing and administering IVs, and supervising, instructing, and assisting LVN/LPN Nurses, Treatment Nurses, and CNAs.
The role requires performing skilled care assessments, participating in staff orientation and training, and responding to and monitoring care issues and changes in condition.
