As a people leader, you will guide your team members, fostering their growth while driving continuous process improvements including yield enhancement and test time reduction.

10+ years SOC/VLSI test development experience
3+ years leadership or managerial capacity
Advantest 93000 tester platform expertise
Test bring-up and characterization skills
High-volume manufacturing test management

Key Requirements
