Serves as a valued member of the departmental management team to provide guidance to other RNs, LVNs, MAs and other clinical staff.
Performs complex and varied administrative and clinical assignments, acting as a primary contact for physicians, staff, patients, and outside departments.
Oversees a team of triage nurses and engages in complex, independent problem-solving in collaboration with clinical staff and patient care coordinators.
