Job Summary

  • The Facilities Maintenance Technician delivers on our Purpose by supporting the Facilities Maintenance Team in providing repairs and preventative maintenance services for Southwest Facilities and equipment, general systems maintenance, and repairs and modifications at our Las Vegas, NV (LAS) Station.
  • This role also ensures the facilities are operating in their most efficient and effective manner, and they’ll serve as a liaison between Technology groups.
  • Fly for free, as a privilege, on any open seat on all Southwest flights (your eligible dependents too); Southwest will help fund your Retirement Savings Plan with Company contributions up to 9.3% of your eligible earnings; Potential for annual Profit-sharing contribution in the Southwest Retirement Savings Plan.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • knowledge of applicable construction and building repair fundamentals
  • 3 Years of experience
  • valid driver's license
  • obtain a SIDA badge
