Job Summary

  • You will partner closely with our Claims leadership teams across the UK to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training that drives measurable performance improvement.
  • Based flexibly across one of our UK locations, you will take a lead in shaping our learning programmes, expanding our online Claims University platform, and facilitating classroom-based and virtual training sessions.
  • At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
