Serve as primary contact for internal and external customers providing clear and timely responses to inquiries regarding service requests and associated tools.
Prepare and manually program NXP engineering products, develop strategies, processes and write code to automate workflows and create templates.
Ensure all activities follow data protection and security standards and arrange access for new users and managing existing users to relevant applications.

Key Requirements
