Job Summary

  • Oversee all on-site operations, team members, and resources to ensure a smooth lease-up and long-term performance for a brand-new luxury Active Adult (55+) community.
  • Drive leasing velocity, achieve financial and operational goals, and cultivate a vibrant, resident-centered culture tailored to the lifestyle of our 55+ residents.
  • In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs, with robust benefits including competitive insurance, generous PTO, and a 6-week paid sabbatical after 10 years of service.
