Job Summary
The Resident Services Clinical Supervisor ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centered care that promotes residents’ dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
This role supervises and guides non-licensed caregiving staff, ensures compliance with applicable state and federal regulations, and promotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, and compassionate service.
This is a working supervisor position that provides direct resident care as needed, including medication assistance, ADLs, and response to changes in resident condition or high-acuity situations.
