Job Summary

• Serve as an active member and participant on the Country TA Field Medical Affairs Leadership Team to ensure alignment and optimization of strategy as well as execution across all Country TA Field Medical Affairs Teams.
• Hold responsibility for establishing standardized operating model as well as capturing and instilling best practices across TAs.
• The salary range for this role is $210,400.00 - $331,100.00, with eligibility for annual bonus and long-term incentive, and a comprehensive benefits package.
