Base: $141,800.00 - $186,800.00 annually; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan and discretionary equity awards available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Wellness
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals
Advanced degree in Life sciences or business
3+ years leading large scale strategic initiatives
Strong data analysis and business case development skills
Experience with Agile principles and project prioritization
Nice-to-have
Oncology industry experience highly preferred
Master/MBA in operations preferred
Database and Data Warehouse experience
Fluent in written and verbal English
Ability to partner across all time zones
