Job Summary
Responsible for leading advanced semiconductor device characterization and lab infrastructure development across multiple technology platforms including power, RF, ULP, and photonics.
Designing and executing complex electrical tests such as DC/CV, flicker noise, S-parameter, load pull, and dynamic RdsOn, while driving automation and tool optimization to enhance lab throughput and data quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, reliability, and technology development teams to align test methodologies with product requirements, and support global lab coordination across sites.
