The primary purpose of this job is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to applicable standards and policies.
The role requires performing routine and unscheduled maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs, as well as servicing heating and cooling systems.
Employees must maintain confidentiality of resident health information and report any suspected violations promptly.
