Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Record all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and report all changes in the resident’s condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
Assist residents with daily functions including mouth care, bathing, hair combing, and dressing, and keep residents dry by changing soiled gowns, clothing, and linens.
