Job Summary
Provide personalized Face-2-Face® training to home testing customers on obtaining a finger stick blood sample, operating PT/INR products, and reporting responsibilities.
Travel to customers' homes to demonstrate and instruct on the proper use and care of PT/INR equipment and explain test reporting options.
Accurately document and submit patient training records electronically while maintaining professional communication via cell phone, email, and internet access.
