Key Requirements
12–15 years of experience in the switchgear industry
BE in Electrical & Electronics
Demonstrated leadership in strategic business development
Proficient in establishing and maintaining productive relationships
Skilled in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media, online advertising, and CRM systems
