The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to all current federal, state, and local regulations.
You will participate in developing and maintaining written policies, coordinating nursing services with other departments, and assisting in the development of resident discharge plans.
This role requires managing staffing levels for licensed nurses and certified nursing assistants, conducting daily rounds, and ensuring all personnel follow established safety and infection control procedures.
