Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid driver's license required
  • 50-75% travel outside territory
  • Electrophysiology or Cardiac Ablation experience
  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years experience
  • Train the Trainer methodology

Nice-to-have

  • IBHRE or RCES certification preferred
  • Experience mapping navigation cardiac ablation
  • Biomedical engineering or nursing degree
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Project management practices knowledge

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 7 years EP experience
  • Advanced Degree in Engineering or Nursing with 5 years experience
  • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
  • US work authorization (sponsorship for Principal level only)
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds and wear lead apron
