The N.C. Job Summary
The Maintenance Construction Manager I oversees a team of 4 staff and is responsible for all buildings, maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects for the state-of-the art ASC facility and three veterinary laboratories throughout the state.
Responsibilities include monitoring, troubleshooting, and repairing all operating systems such as chillers, hot water boilers, steam boilers, HVAC, incinerators, plumbing, and electrical.
This position is the key point of contact for the building automation system’s critical alerts and responds to building alerts including after hours and on weekends/holidays to ensure continuous operation of the ASC.
