Salary
Base: $92,000-$100,000; Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on percentage of base salary; Benefits: Comprehensive health, retirement, and paid time-off included

Oversight of front-line hourly employees
Troubleshooting test equipment and process issues
Ensuring standard work adherence
Knowledge of test methods and diagnostics
Understanding measurement system accuracy

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or High School diploma with 4 years manufacturing experience
Must meet U.S. Person status requirements for export control
In-depth knowledge of test as a technical discipline
