Job Summary
This role is responsible for making Lovable the most visible and loved builder tool in the Nordic region through direct community engagement rather than paid advertising.
The successful candidate will build durable relationships with Tier 1 Nordic VCs, accelerators, and incubators to drive founder activation and pipeline impact.
You will act as the early-warning system for Nordic builders' needs, translating field signals into commercial outcomes and product improvements.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-7 years community or ecosystem experience
Track record of running end-to-end programs
Fluency in English and one Nordic language
Nice-to-have
Swedish language proficiency
Public speaking and workshop facilitation skills
Deep conviction in AI as a foundational shift
Key Requirements
5-7 years experience in community or ecosystem building
Proven track record of measurable program outcomes
