Hands-on hardware troubleshooting skills
Interpret technical documentation and schematics
Manage up to 30 production associates
Execute lean manufacturing and 5S principles

Forklift and hoisting certification preferred
Key Requirements
6+ years experience in high volume production supervision
Eligible to obtain and maintain active US Secret security clearance

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification (preferred)
