Job Summary
The Workplace Relations team provides operational workplace relations and human resources advice on matters such as performance management, misconduct, and dispute resolution.
The main functions of this team are to manage, research, analyse and advise on the Group’s workplace policies so that they support the Group’s vision.
Provide advice and guidance to employees, line and senior management on employment related matters, the resolution of which could involve an external 3rd party or tribunal.
