Job Summary
This 18-month structured development programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want to lead people, improve processes, and drive performance across fast-paced manufacturing operations.
Participants will complete three 6-month site rotations at Anwick, Hyde, and Grantham to gain hands-on experience across fresh pork, poultry, added value, branded, and meat-free operations.
The role offers a clear pathway into a people-leader role on programme completion with ongoing development, coaching, mentoring, and the opportunity to apply for a fully funded Mini MBA scholarship.
