Job Summary

  • Assesses each people supporter's communication strengths, preferences, and needs and identifies appropriate areas for skill development/maintenance and/or therapy.
  • Develops skill development programs to be implemented by the direct support staff under the supervision of the Speech and Language Pathologist.
