Job Summary
The Project Lead will provide overall strategic and programmatic leadership for the Care Coordination Model (CCM).
The role will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution, including ecosystem development, partner engagement, and alignment with government priorities.
PATH, as a technical partner, will extend technical assistance and managerial support for the preparation, rollout, and implementation of CCM in close collaboration with the Government of Odisha, development partners, and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Proven track record of leading large scale projects in digital health or IT implementation
