Reporting to the Collaboration Manager, you will be responsible for managing dealer / customer orders, handling customer problems with professionalism and skill to deliver exceptional Customer Experience.

Key Requirements
Bachelor degree / Diploma
At least 3 years’ experience in supply chain
MS-Office skills
Good presentation skills
Personal computer skills
Ability to work independently
Communicate effectively across diverse cultures
Handle dealer concerns and complaints effectively
Negotiate best solution among many parties
Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
