Job Summary

• The Director of Corporate Strategy will support driving strategy setting and insights generation, opportunity identification, and business case analysis with a structured and fit-for-purpose approach to set strategies for, and enable structured thinking to support asset teams.
• The role will help teams to identify opportunities and risks across early-stage assets, support selection and prioritization of indications/programs across the portfolio, and help create and evaluate business cases for our Immunology Innovation Program and Business Development.
• In this role, you will collaborate across functions to implement best strategy practices, bring structured thinking to complex problems, foster active communication, and inspire collaboration in order to drive strategic outcomes.

• 10+ years strategic analysis, strategic finance, and/or consulting experience
• Advanced degree in life sciences or MBA preferred
• Rare disease/high-value biologics experience preferred
• Fluent in written and spoken English
