Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or relevant field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in Fleet OEM charging & connectivity, cloud platform management, and consumer offers
5+ years of managing Agile project/product teams for Fleet cloud, connectivity, or software services
Experience with telematics platforms, API integrations, SDKs, and SaaS & PaaS business models
Familiarity with developing requirements and building cloud environments for fleet/OEM applications
Strong project management mindset and track record
Proven track record of building a high-performing team
