Job Summary

• Provide data-led expert oversight and check and challenge on business and compliance matters to evidence that the organisation is operating in a compliance with Barclays legal, regulatory and ethical responsibilities.
• Manage the bank’s relationship with Hong Kong regulators, support regulatory requests, monitor regulatory changes and provide Hong Kong Regulatory Compliance coverage which includes licensing matters and outsourcing arrangements.
• This role requires experience in dealing with Hong Kong regulators with deep understanding of the local regulatory framework particularly the regulations of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
